Elelments 4 in new computer

Have installed Elelments 4 in a new computer running windows 7. Wont run due to "compatability issues". Help!

    The most pragmatic approach is to buy PSEv.10. You should be able to get it at a good price, since it is reported that V.11 is on the horizon.
