Can't update credit card info, is asked to provide a "valid phone number"?

I'm kinda distressed here.
Been trying to update my credit card info on my subscription to creative cloud since i got a new card and blocked the old one.
I input all the correct details, but when i press "make payment and reactivate", all i get is a error message saying "Please enter a valid phone number".
This makes no sense! The phone number is valid, and I've also tried using several other numbers to no avail.
I do manage to get to the next page by writing my country code (+47) in front of the number, but then I just get another error saying "There was a problem in the store".

I've called customer service, but they said it had to be a problem with my bank and I should contact them. There is no problem with my bank.
And I can use my card fine both in shops and online elsewhere.
I've also tried using several other credit cards but this is not the issue. The "valid phone number" is.

And now I'm at my wit's end since there is 00 days left on my subscribtion, and it says i only have a short "grace period" to update my info before
i can no longer access the subscription. How am I supposed to do this when customer service is closed on the weekends?

Obviously this is some kind of internal problem with the store/Adobe and not with my card.
Can anyone help with this? Please!
