Re install Elements 8

I need to reinstall Elements 8 on my computer that crashed. I had to replace the hard drive. When I go into My Adobe there is no download button next to my Elements program. Do I have to wait until Monday to chat to get the download button installed so I can install the program? I asked them if I could reinstall it and they said yes but now chat is closed until Monday. Any other way to get a download button?

Can't help you with the download button issue but you can download the Elements 8 from below link :-

http://prodesigntools.com/direct-download-links-for-lightroom-3-and-ph otoshop-elements-8.html

Please contact Adobe support for the download button issue.

Read the instructions again and follow them to the letter to avoid "access denied" errors.
