Adobe Application Manager

Purchased a new macbook running 10.7.4,  transfered data, now adobe application manager will not run.  Downloaded new version, no luck.  Installed adobe suppport advisor and ran, detected no problems.   What next?

    What error message do you receive when trying to run the Adobe Application Manager?  When you stated you transferred your data how exactly did you accomplish this and what did you transfer?  Did you try to transfer your applications from one Macintosh to another?
