I don't know what kind of file you're trying to get us to download. The file extension is .7z. It's about 18 MB.
If you want us to download an AEP file or take a look at a project then you must supply it in a standard format. No funny compression. There's too much danger in pulling down files that we can't identify.
If you have a screenshot of your project that would probably be enough to get us started. The only thing I know is that you want to change color.
