I've installed LR4 from the Mac App Store and I get the following error message when I try to run it. I've also tried to reinstall it twice and rebooting after reinstalling but the problem remains.
It says it cannot find @executable_path/../Frameworks/asneu.framework/versions/a/asneu but I checked the Contents and it is there on Applications/Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4.app/Contents/Frameworks/asneu.framework/Versions/a/aseneu

Thanks, but it didn't work at all. :-\
(1) Bunch of stuff got repaired, but nothing LR specific - anyway, thanks!
(2) Well the App Store decides this, so I cannot control it. But yes, it is on /Applications
(3) I just forced a chmod -R 777 on Adobe*.* and is wide open now.
Still out of luck.
Try contacting the App Store: http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/
In your position, I'd try for a refund from Apple and simply download Lightroom directly from Adobe.
