Finally someone to talk to. Thank you so much for responding. I have spent
hours trying to figure this out. I purchased pse10 and premier about two
weeks ago. For years I have used pse5 and loved it. I'm no pro and not sure
why I got this. Anyway, the program was working fine.Then earlier this week
I couldn't load the editing portion of the program. Called and no help.
Said I would have to pay. I said I would just return the product,but before
doing so I checked my elements5 and couldn't load the editing portion of
that either. So I was stuck. I printed off some help from the internet but
couldn't figure out how to get to the "preference" they kept referring to.
I'm ready to call in the pros when I went to my computer this morning and
saw an update request. I thought 'what the heck" nothing works anyway so I
updated and loaded my program and it all worked!! Having said all this, it
is all working for now and I cannot thank you enough for responding to my
request for help. Maybe if I need help again I can just ask you.
