What are the steps you're doing?

What exactly do you mean by "not working"? Any error messages?

Did it ever work?

Finally someone to talk to. Thank you so much for responding. I have spent

hours trying to figure this out. I purchased pse10 and premier about two

weeks ago. For years I have used pse5 and loved it. I'm no pro and not sure

why I got this. Anyway, the program was working fine.Then earlier this week

I couldn't load the editing portion of the program. Called and no help.

Said I would have to pay. I said I would just return the product,but before

doing so I checked my elements5 and couldn't load the editing portion of

that either. So I was stuck. I printed off some help from the internet but

couldn't figure out how to get to the "preference" they kept referring to.

I'm ready to call in the pros when I went to my computer this morning and

saw an update request. I thought 'what the heck" nothing works anyway so I

updated and loaded my program and it all worked!! Having said all this, it

is all working for now and I cannot thank you enough for responding to my

request for help. Maybe if I need help again I can just ask you.

My pse10 was working once again for a day and now it is not . Once again I

can't get to the editor portion of pse10. What now??

Thank you once again for answering my plea for help. I think I figured it

out this time. Nice to know you are there if I need something. I

appreciate it very much. I was ready to return my pse10. Maybe i'll try

awhile longer.
