I am a retoucher and would like to have a slideshow of images on a page that would allow showing the before and after as you rollover it, like Photoshop Buttons. The standard Slideshow Widget does not support Photoshop Buttons. I have tried the Lightbox Composition Widget but was not able to get the Photoshop Button image to load into the gallery. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Do you need a Photoshop button? How about just using a regular slideshow with two images—one Before and one After? One of the Slideshow widgets supports Rollover, if you would like that.
Alternatively, I see that the Widget > Compositions > Blank allows you to drag one image into the Hero section, and a dirrerent image into the corresponding Thumbnail section. You could add an image that says "Before" and "After" to the thumbnails, instead of a repeat of the Hero image. I don't know if a reqular rollover Photoshop button with work in these thumbnail areas, or not.
Would that do it for you?
I did end up using the Widget> Composition > Blank and in the hero field I loaded a Photoshop Button. You can check it out here. http://photobart-test1.businesscatalyst.com/index.html
Go to the retouching gallery page.
Also, what do the States need to be to work on an iPad....these aren't currently working.
Right now I am using:
Normal - Retouched Image
Rollover - original Image
Mouse Down - Original Image
Active - Retouched image
Thank you
Hi,
Photo shop buttons are just like rectangles with different images applied as a fill to the different states. So you can also use rectangles for that purpose in Muse if you like. As far as the rollover on the Ipads are concerned, for a touch device there won't be a rollover state.
