I keep getting a grey screen in my browser when trying to view a pdf with Reader 10.1.4. I'm using Safari. Any idea on how to fix this?

What version of safari are you using. If it 5.1 or greater, you will have to use it in 64 bit mode.
How do i do that? There is a box checked that says open in 32 bit mode. Do I uncheck that?
Yes you will have to uncheck it then quit the safari and then launch it again. This will solve your issue.
