CS6 downloading issues

I bought CS6 through adobe and tried to download it on my PC. It's telling me that it's not a genuine copy and may be counterfeit. I don't understand why this would be since I bought it thruogh adobe online. Anyone know what I could do ? And customer service is close on the weekend, I was really hoping to start using it today !!

    Wisht I could help. Having a similar problem trying to launch an installed version of InDesignCS6 from Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. Keeps telling me my Trial version has expired and asks for a licence number. Mildly cheesed that Adobe customer service is closed on the weekend.

    You'd think a big significant company like Adobe could maintain service every day of the week, at least for some hours of the day.

    @Nicolehebert  , Download the software as the trial from the Adobe.com again and then use your serial number to serialize it.

     

    @ Dwarfman, Your issue is different then OP,  if your software start in Trial mode then you should be able to license it with your Adobe Id and password,
