Flashplayer 11.3 on Opera

I have tried installing flashplayer 11.3 probablly about 10 times now by either just retrying the installation, uninstalling then reinstalling and with computer resets in between. I finally got it to take on firefox and it's working with google chrome, but opera is my browser of choice and nothing i do makes flashplayer work at all; not even after a fresh install do i get to watch a single video and it is getting VERY annoying since most videos online require this download
