patch problem

I am unable to remove my adobe in order to reinstall because of some uninstalled

patch problem. How do I go back to clear my computer to reload properly

Try running the Acrobat and Reader Cleanup Tool:

Hi,
Everything removed now intend to reinstall latest versions any
advice?
