No slice tool anywhere!

I have looked under the crop tool and ALL the other tools and nada.  So have i got a bogus piece of junk?? without it PS 5.5 and 6.0 are useless. yes I have the extended versions of both. why spend all that money to do nothing I need.

    You held the mouse down on the crop tool icon in the toolbox to see the hidden tools?

    Now it would be good if you'd click and hold on your Crop Tool position, grab your screen, and show what's there.

     

    Assuming the Slice Tool is not there, are you sure you have a legitimate copy of Photoshop?  Did you get it from Adobe.com?

    Yes it is legit! 1700 for the design suite it dam well better be!
