Trouble with Redemption Code

I recently bought the Premiere Elements 10 package and I'm having a lot of trouble trying to install it. The back of the box tells me that I need a serial number to activate it and it says to go to www.adobe.com/go/getserial and enter my redemption code (also on the back of the box) to get the number. However, every time I do so, it tells me that my redemption code does not exist. I called BestBuy, where I purchased the software, and they said that I had to contact Adobe directly. Please tell me that there is some way to get a new code or something!

    If you bought a boxed version the registration number is usually on the back of the DVD box.
