OnLocation CS5.1 Codec Problems

I installed the trial version of OnLocation in order to try it out and then purchased the Production Premium Suite.  When I launched the trial version and signed in it informed me that I was missing codecs that are not available in the trial version and asks me to install them.  I have clicked ok hundreds of times over several months and it has never finished the download.  The highest percent I have ever gotten to has been 48% but it is usually around 4%.  The weirdest part is that afterward I get a message that says "Adobe OnLocation CS5.1 codecs were successfully installed.  Adobe OnLocation CS5.1 must be restarted to use the new codecs."  But every time I restart the program it tells me I have to install codecs not included in the trial version and the whole process starts again.  Any ideas?

    So, it turns out I didn't try the very obvious until after I posted this question.  I just reinstalled OnLocation and it fixed the problem completely.
