Can't load Reader. Help?

I can not load Adobe reader.

Process fails with a message: "Installation source not available. Verify that the source exists"

Question: What is this source and how do I install it on my computer?

Try downloading the offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

If you still have problems, please provide your operating system details.

I it that you have installed Adobe Reader and you are then having issues launching it. If this is case,
Uninstall current Adobe Reader, you can use Adobe Reader Cleaner Tool :

http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Than,
Download Adobe Reader 10.1.4 : http://get.adobe.com/reader/ or
offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
