Adobe to Kobo to access local library

I need to get Adobe digital to my Kobo e reader to access my local library.

Have downloaded Adobe digital...but don't know what to do next. Do I need to plug my Kobo to computer and then what?

    I don't know hw to get adobe into Kobo.

    Someone says I have to click Adobe symbol and drag into Kobo Icon....I

    just cant seem to do that. Do I have to have my Kobo open on screen?

    Sorry bit of a dinosaur here!!

    Ok, well if you just downloaded it there's more to do. One thing at a time. Did you follow all of the instructions in step 2 of the page I posted?

    Got stuck again. When I connect physically me reader to computer the 

    only thing I get on

    the e reader screen is connected and charging....can't access anything 

    else.

    Well, I don't have a kobo, but that sounds like exactly what my iPad does. Once it's connected all the stuff you do is back on the computer.

     

    Now - try following the steps in 5 - How do I add books to my Kobo eReader using Digital Editions?

    Hi there,

     

    I'm sorry, but I can't seem to manage the steps.

    I might just go to the library and see if they can help me.

    I'm sure it's simple and logical, but I seem to be missing something 

    along the way.
