After I send he forms to be printed. The changes were not saved. Is there a way to do it.

There is a bug in iOS printing via Air Print (works with 3rd party printing via PrintingPro) which prevents annotations from printing. If you transfer the PDF to your computer via email, or iTunes, it will print fine.
