Hi,
We are building a custom storefront for one of our customers. Multi-issueviewer with entitlement.
The entitlements are passed like this:
<result httpResponseCode="200">
<entitlements>
<productId>be.magazine.ida.carmag.2012.06</productId>
</entitlements>
</result>
So, our 3th party entitlement returns the xml above.
Our viewer's Title ID and Password are these of the correct DPS that contains the issue with the ID: be.magazine.ida.carmag.2012.06.
Steps:
We log in using the top left login button in the viewer.
Credentials are valid, so we can successfully log in (debugged at server end)
We can see the server loggin the steps to return the entitled productids ( the xml above )
both productids are correct, in DPS and In the 3th party system.
How is this possible we can't see this issue in our library... Is there anything we are missing?
We've followed all the steps, tutorials etc... we just can't get this to work.
Please advice.
Regards
Mario
To see the folio in the library, you need to make sure that the productID is registered with iTunesConnect. Also, if you ate trying to use the renditions feature, check to make sure that the folio title and productID have the exact same values.
If you cannot figure out your problem, please follow up and I will investigate. Thanks.
