What is the easiest  and posible way of creating Adobe Captivate 4 file using Adobe Captivate 5 file.

    This answer will disappoint you: there is NO way. Captivate has never been backwards compatible.

    Can I create a new document using Captivate 4 and copy and paste the content from 5. What wold be the draw back this way.

    You could try, but not everything will be pasted as you expect. CP5 was rewritten from scratch and is very different in many ways from CP4. One  example: text engine is totally different.
