Failed download

When I try to download a new program from the creative cloud it is saying cannot complete download until Adobe Bridge is closed. But I dont have Adobe Bridge open or anything else.

    Please use your Task Manager/Activity Monitor to verify that it is not available as an option.

    The installer appears to be detecting it running though.  Try rebooting your computer and then run the installation again.  Bridge should not have had an opportunity to open after you have rebooted.
