Did you get it working? If it still thinks its a trial try signing in with your Adobe ID like shown here.

    Hi Annika,

Try going to the website https://creative.adobe.com and signing in with you Adobe ID you used when you signed up. After this use the "License This Software" button when you launch Photoshop CS6 and sign in with the same Adobe ID/password you used on the website.

Sorry for the delay. I missed your first response.

I looked at your account and it looks like you have never activated the software. There may be a setting or something in the way your computer is configured that is preventing it from reaching our activation server.

The things I would suggest checking next

First I appears you purchased the English version, so you would want to ensure the software is installed in English(International). To do this launch the Adobe Application Manager from the start menu. When signed in with your Adobe ID, in the top left of AAM it lists your name with a little triangle at the end. Click on the triangle to open the menu there and select Preferences. In the Preferences set it to English(International) or confirm it is set to this already. If it wasn't set to this you will need to install Photoshop CS6 again. After clicking save in the Preferences window with the language set to English(International), if Photoshop was not installed in English(International) the Install option will become available again.

Next step would be to ensure there is not firewall software or a setting in your hosts file preventing the software from activating. I would recommend working through this document for that part.

If you are still struggling after trying these or needed assistance working through what I described I would recommend contacting our support for assistance.

Let me know how it goes.

    Calculating status...
Aug 30, 2012 12:36 AM   in reply to ernstkustroddare

    1. Go to creativeadobe.com to download your software.after you purchase the subscription

If you download from you regular adobe.com it will download the trial version

If you get Trial Version showing when you sign into any of the programs in CC,then down on the righthand bottom corner of whatever program you loadedit will say..... LICENSE THIS PRODUCT. Click that and if you are already signed into your Adobe Account then it will give you a *Welcome to creative cloud* message. If not signed in your Adobe Account...then just do so from the same spot then done.
