Master slides not applying in CP6

We are getting a recurring problem in CP6.  When the published project is imported into an LMS, some slides appear without the master slide elements.  We have reset the master slides in a test project and published again, still with the problem.

 

To complicate it more, only one user (our "tester") gets it the most.  I have had it happen occasionally when I go backwards and forwards in a project, but she has it happen all the time, and in more than one LMS.

 

While it's likely to be something specific to her machine, the problem is that if it happens to her, it may happen to others.

 

Has anybody seen this?  Can anybody help?

    Welcome to Adobe Forums.

     

    As you mentioned : Untitled.png

     

    Did you tried upload the LMS package from a different Machine ?

     

    If your test project's output has the same problem, Did you tried publishing Captivate 6 project from a different user account on that computer ?

    We've tried this on a number of different computers, and we're still getting the same problem.
