My user saves a PDF'd report, then tries to add documents at the end (regular practice here). Then she tries to save to the mapped drive and it gives a previous save location (typical). HOWEVER, she can only see this folder and previously created folders, and NOT newer folders. We save folders serialized by numbers, so we know which are newer. It is baffling me to try to figure out how to articulate this.
As if Acrobat's save locations are a snapshot of a week ago of the folders we KNOW are on the mapped drive (we can see them all in Windows Explorer and via other means). Symptom is relegated to working with only a few files, and has manifested twice. My workaround is to have her save file locally (to C), and then copy the file over via Win Explorer.
