Can't get into Farmville with latest Flash Player update in place.

I was happily playing Farmville when my computer decided to load the latest verson of Flash Player. Once again the new version has made it so that I cannot get into my games--Farmville and Citiville.

each time I try to load the game, it takes a very long time trying to load and then ultimately crashes. I can't begin to express how frustrating this is to me. Please don't fix things that are not broken and stick to fixing the things that are! Now, can you please help me get back into Farmville?

I think you might be running into issues with Flash Player's new protected mode under Firefox. Do you experience these problems when trying Internet Explorer or Chrome? If this is specific to Firefox, please see this FAQ for suggested workarounds. In particular, you might want to focus on the final two solutions (disabling protected mode or reverting back to a previous version).

How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?
