InDesign installation

Hi

I have dowloaded a subscription installation InDesign for Mac - everything works fine with Adobe Installer and InDesign looks installed, but I can find the icon to open it, under "applications' where it should be. I'm working on a Mac and i'm fairly new to it as well so i might be missing something obvious. Have looked at previous questions and FAQ but couldn't find the answer. Thanks for your help!
