InDesign CS5 Crashes when exporting PDF.  10.7.4

We are rolling out a fresh install of Lion and a fresh install of CS5 to all our users.  So far it has been uneventful.  However a user who got his new computer/image last week cannot export any InDesign doc to PDF without it crashing.  I've removed prefs.  I uninstalled and reinstalled CS5 (using cleaner tool as well) and the problem still exists.  We don't have a single other user who's had this issue.

Any thoughts?

27" iMac i5

10.7.4

CS5 completely up-to-date

Thanks

See InDesign Help | InDesign Crashes with Blank Dialog Boxes on MacOS 10.7.4

And it would help to see the crash report. Post it on pastebin.com and put a lnk here.

This looks like a crash in Apple code, but that's mostly a guess since there's basically nothing useful in the report.

    I suggest you reinstall.

And please, next time post your crash report at patebin.com and put a link here. Crash reports make it nearly impossible to navigate your thread.

You've uninstalled just the crative suite and run the cleaner tool, not reimaged the machine?

Whichever you tried, I'd try the other.

Did you resolve this issue? I'm having the same one.

Is your crash report identical, or are yous just saying ID crashes when exporting PDF? There can be a lot of different casues for that...

Not sure I'm doing this correctly but here is the problem detail:

Sorry, I'm a novice at this.

Where is the cleaner tool, how do I reimaged the machine?

    Thanks!

Your crash is definitely NOT the same as the OP. I don't recognize exactly waht the cause of your crash is, unfortunately.

I suggested reimaging the machine to Bodestar22 because he had used a disk image to set it up initially rather than installing all of the software from disks. This is not relevant to your situation, as far as I know.

The clean tool can be found at CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3

I tried to reinstall ID but it gave me an error message and would not

    complete installation.

    Suggestions?

You always need to tell us exaclty what the error messages say when you ask for help or we have no way of knowing what errors may have occurred.

Did you uninstal using the installer, then run the clean tool? I would do that again, or just run the clean tool if the installer says there's nothing to uninstall. Reboot the Mac and try again.
