Unable to initialize PSE6 Help

I recently reinstalled PSE6. For some reason 'help' no longer initializes when i click on Photoshop Elements Help or F1. I downloaded a PDF copy of the help file but naturally still would prefer to access help from within the program. Any ideas? Thanks.

Ok. I found the answer.

Over at a place called ElementsVillage.com. Turns out that the problem is caused by a defective dll file named ahclient.dll that resides in the PSE6 parent folder. One only need download the new file, swap it for the old, and problem is solved.
