CS5 Crash in Lion

I have am running 10.8 and am running CS5 - updated.

 

I have read through all the threads and have not found a solution. I have taken teh "SING" out didn't work, I have tried calling Adobe they want money - gerrr...

 

Illustrator and Photoshop are fine. It's just InDesign. It crashes upon startup.
