After down loading program I cant open it???

    What Adobe software did you download?  How are you trying to open the software?  Do you receive an error message?

    CS6 will not open being downloaded.. No error msg

    I am sorry Gwoolery25 but I still do not understand.  Which specific Creative Suite 6 software are you downloading?  Are you having problems with downloading or installing the software?
