Downloading 32bit Photoshop

I was told in an earlier chat session that when downloading Photoshop CS6 from iCloud in 64bit Windows 7, i would get both the 64bit and 32bit Photoshop.exe applications. I only have one Photoshop.exe (the 64bit) in the Programs folder... i need the 32bit app for a plug-in. Was there a problem with the download or can i get the 32bit application separately?

    Hi Foureight1010,

     

    Both the 32 and 64-bit versions should have a shortcut in the start menu. I would start by confirming they both appear there. The actual photoshop 32-bit version executable should be in the Program Files(x86) folder. The x86 folder is for all the 32-bit applications.
