Install Problem

I am trying to install Photoshop Elements 10 and I keep getting InstallShield Wizard for Adobe Phtotshop Elements 10 saying the InstallShield Wizard will allow me to remove Adobe Photoshp Elements 10 .  To continue, click next.    I do not want to remove it, I'm trying to install it.   What could be the issue?
