Unable to install Inspiration Browser Update

I have windows 7 on an HP G72 laptop. I uninstalled the Inspiration Browser and Adobe Air prior to attempting the update (as INSTRUCTED!), but the installation of the new Inspiration Browser fails, over and over again. I have tried all the solutions I have found in the forums, to NO AVAIL. I'm looking for a solution to this problem. Please help.

And what exactly is the error message that you get when you try to install the Inspiration browser from tutorials section of Elements ?
