PCL XL Error

I have an HP 4050TN running PCL v6 using HP latest print driver (v5.4). At random times, especially on 10+ page files, I get a PCL XL Error (Subsystem: Image, Error: ExtraData, Operator: ReadImage, Position:865) or (Warning: IllegalMediaSize). Once this error occurs on a file, it's repeatable. My system is Win7 Pro SP1-64bit with latest updates.

I'm using the latest version of Adobe Reader (v10.1.4). I believe this is a bug with Adobe Reader since I don't get this error when using Foxit Reader 5.1.4 on the same file.\

Try printing with the PostScript driver, if available, likely to be faster too.

I don't know how to specify the Postscript driver. I went to print a document and looked though the print options and didn't see that option. Also, I went to HP's website and I didn't find a separate Postscript driver.
