Edge Preview won't install from Cloud

I'm on Windows 7, Adobe Creative Cloud, I have everything installed but Edge Preview. When I try to install it, I get this error in the Adobe Support Advisor.

cpsid_82829s5: "Missing installation file," bootstrapper error has occurred.

When I click the link, it takes me to an Adobe page help, but it doesn't actually tell me what to do.

From your error it is indicating that you will want to complete solution 5 in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-error-messages-b ootstrapper-cs5.html#main_You_are_already_running_another_installer_.

You may also wish to manually review your installation logs. You can find details on how to accomplish this at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5 -cs5.html.
