Flash player often Stops responding?

When I opened >7 sites in chrome for some time, the chrome also shows the Flash Player addons Stops respondinge? I should reboot the chrome.

    Please try rebooting and I'd also recommend that you verify that you are on the latest version of Chrome, 21.0.1180.83 m.  Please let me know if you continue to hang.
