I have added a "Submit Form" action button on my pdf to email the entire PDF form when the user hits "submit." I completed the button exactly as discribed above however, upon clicking submit" my email opens and auto populates the "To Field" but does not attach the PDF. Thoughts?

Select the data submit (for Acrobat this is a FDF file) and see if that works. Do not submit the entire PDF, that is not needed. The data file can be imported to the form at the receive site. Also, if you are developing this form for online use there are several things to consider: 1. e-mail is not secure and no personal information should be submitted; 2. e-mail ability to submit form data varies with the client machine setup and fails too often (but you will be blamed anyway, though it is a client machine issue).

I've created the form, add the "E-mail Form" button and I am able to use it fine, but when someone else tries to use it they get an error message of "operation not permitted".  Help

That other person is likely using Adobe Reader and the form you created is not Reader-enabled. To do this in Acrobat 10, select: File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features

Thank you so much for your reply.  Once we received the Adobe Acrobat Pro X  I wasn't sure how to find this feature.
