Issue downloading purchased products

I have just purchased Adobe Cloud, when I go onto the progrom download page and click 'download' under any of the apps the page 'cannot open page'. In firefox it gives me a message 'cannot open page as it is not associated with any program'

 

There is no other way to download from what I can see.

 

Please help
