I just bought Adobe Acrobat Pro X online so I could download it and start using it immediately. But now there's no download available? I did not choose to pay almost $400 to use the software "someday". In fact, I specifically told the purchase assistant in chat that I wanted to start using it "right away". He never said anything about having to wait to download it. That was never mentioned in any of the documentation on the site prior to the order being submitted. The order I placed was for a download of the software you have on your site available for downloading. I consider it a breach of our sales agreement that you are denying me access to the product I ordered and paid for with an authorized charge on my credit card. This conduct may border on the criminal, and I certainly am going to be petitioning for some relief for this unconsciounable deception. When can I start downloading the software for which I have already paid you?
I apologise for the wait time on this order. For various security reasons(to prevent fraudulent activity) sometimes orders are put on hold which are generally reviewed manually and then released. Since your order was placed outside business hours i would request you to wait for some time for the order to be looked into. In the meanwhile you can simply download the trial version of the software and work on it till your order is released and you are provided a serial number(the functionality of a trial version and licensed version is the same).
Thank you. I can't tell if you are actually on Adobe's staff, but if you are an explanation like this would be an extremely helpful thing to put in the ordering process so people like myself are not left frustrated and stuck for hours.
