PLEASE HELP! Scripts gone:(!

I got the Desktop application of story beta awhile back and now that it isnt working i signed onto the free one and half my scripts have just dissappeared.  Is there a way i can get them back ?!

    Hi,

     

    Can you please answer these questions to help us understand the problem better:

     

    - When you say that desktop application is not working do you mean you are not able to login to it? Or are you not seeing your scripts, or going online is not working? If you can send a screenshot of your error/problem it will really help. Send it to chandna <at> adobe <dot> com

    -  "i signed onto the free one" - were you trying in Story browser app?

    Are you going to help CaryNelson with his problem too?  He asked how to get his scripts out of the Beta too, a few days ago, but he hasn't been helped at all yet.  He can't access any of his stuff.
