Folio Panels Crashing CS6.

I am running Windows 7 Pro 64 and just upgraded to CS6 Cloud and after downloading Indesign CS6 it worked fine.  Then I updating the "Folio Control panels" from the Indesign CS6 update link and now it crashes every time upon opening.  First it loads up fine for a few seconds, then the "Folio panels" crash a second later and then Indesign crashes a second after that.

 

I have heard things like, Right Click and Run as Administrator.  That has done nothing.

 

I deleted CS5 and all the old Folio "extension programs", downloaded a fresh copy of Indesign CS6 and still it crashes when I update the Folio panels.

 

Any help world be greatly appreciated.

    I think you may want to consider trashing your preferences.

    Tried that the first time around.  This is the second time around with a clean install.  It seams to happen after the Folio Builder update.  All I can do at this point is try again.
