hidden and included hyperlinks lost when convering eml to PDF

We are using PDF Creator 1.4.3 and converting .eml files into PDF by using PDF Creator printer. 

 

We are having an issue where hidden and included hyperlinks of .eml files are getting lost when it is converted into PDF.   Is there any solution for this ?

 

Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

    You may contact the support of PDF Creator or use a forum for PDF Creator. It isn't a Adobe product.

    Is there any product from Adobe whose printer driver we can use and preserve hyperlinks into converted PDF document from .eml files ?

    Adobe Acrobat comes with a add-on for Outlook.

    Basically, we have program which invokes outlook express to open .eml files and then sends print command which actually uses installed printer (currently PDF Creator printer) and converting .eml as PDF.

     

    So we require such printer which can preserve hidden or included hyperlink into converted PDF files so that we dont require to change our code for this functionality.

     

    Awaiting for your response in this regard and thanks again for your responses and help in this.

    There is no such printer from Adobe.

    There can't really be any such printer, which cleverly knows what it is not told.

     

    BUT, it is possible with Acrobat to include information in the print stream that generates links. This would require changes in the application that printed, and would require it to have detailed programming knowledge of all text locations.

    Thanks for the information.

     

    I just wonder if i can programmatically (preferably by using VBScript) call acrobat add in for outlook and convert .eml to .pdf? If yes, then can you give me an idea about it ?
