SWF to Digital Publication

I am currently converting a flash presentation into indesign digital publication as it does not run on ipad.  The presentation contains lots of swf video and diagrams I need to use.

 

What is the best way to convert these .swf videos into a video format I can use in DPS? 

 

Is there a converter tool I can use? or quick way to do this?  What is best format?
