NewBlueFX is having a big sale (been going on all August, apparently, new deal each day). Got an e-mail today and all of their August deals are available for 48 hours.
Best one I've found is the GPU Complete + Titler Pro pack for $399....includes a ton of stuff.

Their plugins are pretty useful, the titler looks pretty handy. I've got the Motion Blends transition pack and been using it a couple of years. They recently updated to "GPU accelerated" effects, but I can tell you from experience that they still can run a little sluggishly. Much snappier than they used to be, but still, could use some more development on the GPU acceleration.
