I am setting up a new computer with a new installation of Fireworks and I want to get all of my custom keyboard shortcuts and settings.
On a Mac, if you've saved a custom keyboard shortcut set in FW, it resides in your user library application support folder, for example:
user/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Fireworks CS6/en
The preferences for Fireworks are also located in your user library:
user/Library/Preferences/Adobe Fireworks CS6

Oh, I'm using Snow Leopard and didn't realize that the user library folder is now hidden in Lion and Mountain Lion. Try these suggestions:

Otherwise, you can google "Mountain Lion user library" for more ideas.
