Why does my Canon i9950 crash Photoshop CS6?

I am running under Windows 7

    Check if you have the latest printer drivers. Most often that forces the application to crash.

    Also, check if the printer works fine with other applications apart from PS CS6.

     

    You could also try resetting the PS CS6 preferences and check if its an issue with corrupt preferences : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/375776

    Try to open PS CS6 in Plugin Disabled mode and check the same. For that Press Shift+PS CS6 icon and hit Yes.
