Hi,

What is the Os? Are we installing the application from DISC or Direct Download.? Is there any specific Error message?

from disc and i dont know where to find my os (sorry not very computer lit) .... let it run for and hour and just didnt go further than copy files.

Hi,

If we are insatlling the application from the disc.

1. Insert the Disc

2. Go to My computer

3. Open the DVD Drive By doing a right click and then Select Open.

4. We will get a new window and the then open adobe Photoshop.

5. Create a new folder on your desktop and then copy the entire content on inside that folder.

6. Once coptied then open the newly created folder on your desktop and then double click on setup.exe.

7. The installation would start and issue will be fixed.
