The need to code!

To DPS users,

Just looking at the tools within the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite and find that some features are easier to use than others, but it seems that the need to code or script is becoming more relevant for using DPS with terms including HTML5, CSS, jQuery & JavaScript. Are these now required to achieve the viewable content that designer-developers are adding into their DPS content.

Would anyone like to comment on the route that adobe is taking into making it easier to enhance the dps workflow without the need to add extra code! and still offer good user interaction within indesign and its toolset when designing content for tablet devices.

Regards

The best hope we all have is Adobe continues to develop these tools to eventually allow us to get HTML out of InDesign.

This would allow us to use native animations which would cut down dramatically on that end of thing.
