button or icon that brings up a text box

How can I apply an icon or button to an image that would bring up a text box containing the caption and photo credit information? The text box would be substantially smaller than the image so it does not seem that the multi-state option would work. I have seen it used on other apps but cannot seem to find any information related to Digital Publishing Suite that explains how to do it? Thanks

    The objects in an MSO do not have to be the same size. What you’re looking to do is perfect for an MSO.
