Hi there

I got this error after uploading an Article (some MSO with movies and link to other MSO), any idea where it from?

Thank you

    1) Just try again. If it still fails,

    2) try creating a new article from the file and see if this solves the issue. If not,

    3) check your assets. I often had this issue with .psd files. I just edited them once in Photoshop and it worked fine again.

This problem exists in virus scan component of Acrobat.com. I can say try again.

I have this problem as well. I have tried 20 times and each time the upload fails. Just updating one article in the Folio. This happened last week as well then all of a sudden it began to work. Maybe Adobe upload issue in their cloud.

We are having a lot of problems with the virus scan on large files. Rest assured, this is a very high priority for our next release, since it's impacting users across all Acrobat.com<http://Acrobat.com> products. We are currently testing the solution, and I'll report on our rollout when we release our R23 version.

I realize this is no consolation to those who are presently seeing this problem repeating itself. The best encouragement I can give is to pare down file sizes, sine the overall size of the file is the sole trigger of this failure.

Thanks for you patience, and look to Bob's release notes for news on the fix.

Great news for those tracking this issue. We were able to release a reversion of the component that caused this problem. Per the stats I can see from the last 90 days, we're back to the level of these errors where we were prior to the impactful release on August 7.

If you continue to see repeated errors regarding virus scanning, do follow up on these forums. Our problem is significantly minimized since last night's release.

    Thanks.
